I first met Leon Geisberg and Marjorie Mann as the Realtor team representing the seller of the home I bought in Bennett Valley. Leon and Marjorie also live across the street and became my neighbors. After a short time I moved, but decided to keep the home as a rental. I could have been my own manager, but decided to have Leon and Marjorie represent my property, a very good decision. Leon and Marjorie interviewed all applicants, called references, checked history and financials on every qualified potential renter. So far, two wonderful tenants have lived in my home with no issues.

Leon is quick to call me if the home needs attention. He always has a solution and a list of workers licensed and insured to do the repairs when needed. These repairs are done immediately, which is very important to me since waiting on repairs ends up costing more in the long run. I even use these repair professionals, and their landscape maintenance company for my current home. Leon is very particular on all levels, which gives me total peace of mind as the homeowner.

I have referred Leon and Marjorie to others for their real estate management needs. Having them as my representative allows me to keep a distance from the home and not worry about anything to do with this property. I work and have enough on my plate without thinking about another home. They do regular inspections on the property looking at the small details with suggestions for repairs that save the property from eventual larger issues down the road. Total trust is hard to give, but I certainly have this luxury in Leon and Marjorie.

We recently had to make a rather quick move from Bodega Bay to Santa Rosa and were starting to despair over the shortage of high quality rentals in the area. We were fortunate to meet Leon and Marjorie of Trusted Wine Country Rentals. Not only was the timing perfect but they went above and beyond to ensure that we had a smooth transition. Being that we were moving into a fully furnished executive property we were very pleased that the time was taken for a complete inventory ensuring there be no questions upon our departure. Our move-in inspection was extremely comprehensive. Leon and Marjorie also took the time to consolidate all the contact info we would need for utilities, etc. and even went as far as recommending the best restaurants and other services in the area.

Most importantly however is the quick communication and professional response we have received regarding any issues since our move in. It is very important to us that everything be kept in good repair and up to date. Even the smallest issues here have been dealt with in a quick concerned manner. We have had differing experiences in the past and therefore very much appreciate the attention to detail and extra concern we have received from Trusted Wine Country Rentals. We would definitely recommend Leon and Marjorie especially to owners looking to have their upscale property carefully and professionally represented.
